Prior to joining Whitby and Chandler, Ian previous experience was as a Process Controller within the Rubber Industry. He combined this with attendance at both College and University in order to further his product knowledge. At Whitby and Chandler Ian takes on the role of Supervisor on the shop floor. Ian has over 30 years experience in the industry, the majority of which he has picked up from practical experience. This has made Ian a valuable asset within the Rubber Department.
