Prior to joining Whitby and Chandler, Ian's previous experience was as a Process Controller within the Rubber Industry. He combined this with attendance at both College and University in order to further his product knowledge.
At Whitby and Chandler Ian takes on the role of Supervisor on the shop floor within the rubber moulding division - he has over 35 years experience in the industry making Ian a valuable asset within the Rubber Department.
